Q. Why should I register with LIHStv.com?
A. Registering will give you membership access. With membership access you can login and upload your own video(s) and/or picture(s). Members can aslo take advantage of advanced features of the website including (but not limited to) adding comments and rating media.

Q. My high school is not represented as much as other schools.
A. LIHStv.com is a user-dependent website. This means that the best way to get more visibility and support for your school is by becoming an active user. By registering with us, you can upload your own media and ultimately increase the presence of your high school.

Q. I noticed a video or picture to contain false information.
A. If you see something that you may think to be inaccurate or wrong, please report it to us through our contact page and select "Report Error/Mistake" for the subject line.

Q. Can I get video(s) or pictures(s) on a CD?
A. Short Answer: No. Long Answer: You can not buy or purchase any videos or pictures on the website, however, if you have something that you want converted to CD or DVD we might be able to help you with that. Contact us with your needs and we will respond back.

A. Only members can upload videos and pictures. SignUp and LogIn. After you login, you will be able to upload, manage and edit your videos and pictures.

Q. My high school is not in Long Island, NY. What can and can't I do?
A. Even if you did not or will not attend a high school in Long Island, you are still eligible to register as member of the LIHStv.com community and do everything that is offered to a graduate or student of a Long Island High School. However, we encourage everyone to ONLY upload media that is petinent to Long Island Varsity sports.

A. Yes, anyone can view your uploaded video(s).

A. Right now you are the only one who can edit information that pertains to your video. However, there are plans to institute a system where users can edit only select secondary information from another persons uploaded media.

A. If you have old video tapes or pictures that you can't digitize yourself but still want featured on LIHStv.com, you can mail them to us and we will digitize them for you.
